What is the most adequate feeding for a Chihuahua from puppy up?
The ideal ration is the Royal Canin (super premium); there are many brands available, and each dog likes one or another best. Tidbits should be given with care – due to a Chihuahua’s size, one single cookie may seem like a pack of cookies for us humans. Human food should be avoided, and chocolate is forbidden. All ration must be kept in a shut container, away from heat, light and humidity.
Another important feeding issue is quantity – the dog may not get enough to get fat, thus overloading his bone structure.
